Tai Chi and Yoga for Seniors
For the challenges we encounter at life over fifty, this class will present therapeutic and traditional yoga poses to stimulate a greater vitality and self awareness.

SOHO is located approximately 1 8/10 mile west of the intersection of U.S. Highway 19 North and Tarpon Avenue.  For residents of Pinellas County, head north on U.S. 19, passing Clearwater, Countryside, and Palm Harbor.  Just after passing Anderson Park on your right, turn left at the light (heading west) on Tarpon Avenue.  We are about 1 8/10 mile heading west on the left side of the street, across from the Suntrust Bank Building.
